The client was replacing an old, outdated building and needed mechanical and plumbing services for their new outpatient medical building.
Solutions
UMEC–CA’s solutions included preconstruction, mechanical, and plumbing services. As part of this overall project, we installed:
- 10 rooftop direct expansion units
- 10 direct expansion split systems
- Variable air volume boxes with reheat
- General and specialty exhaust systems
