Value Delivered

We provided mechanical and plumbing installation services to the General Services Administration (GSA) during the construction of a new federal courthouse, as well as renovation solutions in the lobby of an existing courthouse.

Thanks to our diligent work and the efforts of our fellow contractors, the completed new facility achieved LEED Silver certification.

  • Three cooling towers
  • Three chillers totaling 1,560 tons of cooling capacity
  • Four boilers totaling 8,000 BTUs per hour

Additionally, our team led the BIM process.
