Value Delivered
University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors , Inc. (UMEC–CA) provided design-assist, plumbing, and HVAC services during the the construction of four Broadcom Inc. corporate headquarters buildings.
These five-story commercial buildings totaled more than one million square feet of office space and dry labs. Because the buildings incorporated unique elements such as floating cloud ceilings and linear diffusers, we coordinated resolution of extensive constructability issues.
Our work helped ensure seamless integration of mechanical and plumbing systems within the buildings’ high-quality architectural features.
