To build a 1,064 gallons-per-minute sewage pump station to serve a new, 400-home luxury community.
MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS
Thanks to its extensive mechanical and industrial piping systems expertise, University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors (UMEC) was able to provide complete mechanical construction services, ranging from initial excavation to final connection and startup, for this critical project. By project’s end, UMEC had installed three 75-horsepower vertical pump turbines, as well as a biocube odor control system, a surge tank, chemical feed systems, a wet well and an overflow storage facility.
